Wests Tigers will face a strong squad, coming off the back of a 20-4 victory over Manly in their first trial.
Roosters coach Trent Robinson has added Mitchell Pearce, Jared Waerea-Hargreaves, Shaun Kenny-Dowall, Aidan Guerra and former Wests Tigers enforcer Luke O'Donnell to the squad which defeated the Sea Eagles.
Star attraction Sonny Bill Williams will miss the fixture.
Wests Tigers are up for a tough test in the final preparation for the 2013 NRL season, in what is sure to be a high quality game.
FoxSports have acknowledged the status of the Foundation Cup with it being one of only three trials televised in 2013.
