Fulton has been a valuable member of the Wests Tigers pack over the past few seasons and will this week will face New Zealand International, Lewis Brown.

Blair has 26 Tests for New Zealand under his belt compared to Manu's 14.
Manu was impressive in his Penrith debut last week, scoring a try, running for 85 metres and racking up 24 tackles in their big win over Canberra.
Blair, who also opened his try scoring account in Round 1, will be looking to lay the platform in the forwards for playmakers Benji Marshall and Jacob Miller and lead the Wests Tigers to their first victory of 2013.
