Benji Marshall will be a late inclusion to the Wests Tigers side to play Canterbury-Bankstown at ANZ Stadium on Friday night.

The New Zealand half will replace youngster Jacob Miller at halfback and partner five-eighth Curtis Sironen.

Marshall had previously suffered "turf toe", injuring himself during the Round 5 clash with Melbourne Storm.

Marshall passed a fitness test on Thursday and was today cleared by physio staff.

Wests Tigers are otherwise as per program.
