Western Suburbs have named their Round 3 squads for both SG Ball and Harold Matthews this coming weekend, having won both of their Round 2 matches against Manly Sea Eagles.

Five-eighth Veiru Mapesone scored a hat-trick against the Sea Eagles in SG Ball to give the Magpies a crushing 44-4 victory over their opponents, but they faced a much tougher task in Harold Matthews — coming from behind to defeat Manly 22-14 in the end.

Having won both grades in their opening round against Newcastle, Western Suburbs will look to extend their winning streak to three when they take on the Sydney Roosters on Saturday, March 1 at Campbelltown Sports Stadium. The Roosters have also not lost in either grade this year, so it promises to be a close matchup indeed on the night.

Harold Matthews will kick off at 6:00pm AEDT while SG Ball will take the field at 7:30pm AEDT.
