Brydens Lawyers Wests Tigers Academy is a junior development academy designed to develop talent in the Club's junior representative clubs, Balmain and Western Suburbs.

The Academy is for players aged either 16 or 17 that have played Harold Matthews or SG Ball football that season for either Balmain or Western Suburbs.

Running for six weeks, the Academy program sees them go through one training session at Concord Oval, one session at Leichhardt Oval and one session at Campbelltown Sports Stadium each week with players from their own area.

They also play in three competitive games over the July holiday period.

The Brydens Lawyers Wests Tigers Academy is the pathway for junior league players into the Club's NYC program, and has been very successful over the years, with Aaron Woods, Curtis Sironen, James Tedesco and David Nofoaluma all going through the academy.
