Chris Lawrence has been named centre in Wests Tigers’ Team of 15 Years.

A Campbelltown junior, Lawrence made his debut for the Club in Round 21, 2006 against the Brisbane Broncos at Suncorp Stadium — scoring a try and setting one up also in the shock win. At just 17 years and 283 days, Lawrence remains the youngest ever player to have debut for Wests Tigers.

Lawrence would go on to play every match for the remainder of the 2006 season, and has remained a regular in the Club’s first-grade team since that date.

He has played a total of 146 games for the Club since his debut in 2006 and has scored 68 tries in his nine seasons so far for the joint-venture.

The winger-turned-centre has also represented Australia on six occasions.
