Liam Fulton has been named at lock in Wests Tigers’ Team of 15 Years.

After leading Western Suburbs’ Magpies SG Ball team to victory in 2002, Fulton made his first grade debut for Wests Tigers as a 19-year-old — coming off the bench against the New Zealand Warriors in Round 26, 2003.

He would play three games for the Club in 2004 before becoming a regular in the team in 2005, where he was part of the Grand Final-winning team.

Fulton played six consecutive seasons for Wests Tigers between 2003 and 2008 before salary cap restraints forced him to play one season with the Huddersfield Giants in English Super League in 2009. He would return to Wests Tigers the following season, however, and would remain a regular in the Club’s starting side for the following five seasons until his retirement in 2014 due to a series of ongoing concussions.

In total, Fulton played 162 games for Wests Tigers and scored 37 tries.
