Wests Tigers NSW Cup Head Coach Paul Fletcher has named his side to take on the Wyong Roos for their Round 25 clash on Saturday, August 30.

Kickoff for the match is scheduled for 3:00pm from Campbelltown Sports Stadium.

In the final game of the 2014 regular season, Fletcher’s side go into the match sitting in fourth position, but not guaranteed of a top four finish unless they snare the two competition points on offer this week. The close nature of the competition also means that, depending on other results, a top two finish isn’t even out of the question for the hosts this week, but their focus will no doubt simply be on getting the job done against the Roos.

It was a disappointing 44-6 defeat for Wests Tigers in their Round 24 match against Wentworthville, and they’ll look to bounce back this weekend against Wyong — a team currently sitting on the brink of the top eight and desperate for the two points.

Fletcher’s side got the points when they met earlier in the year, but that was all the way back in Round 3 and both teams are far different prospects this time around.
