Wests Tigers are pleased to announce that WatervieW in Bicentennial Park has joined the Club as Women’s Strategy and Venue Partner.

The new partnership will see WatervieW in Bicentennial Park collaborate with Wests Tigers on a new Women’s Strategy that the Club will unveil in the coming weeks. The strategy will form the basis for Wests Tigers Women, with details to be released in the coming weeks.

WatervieW in Bicentennial Park will also host a number of Wests Tigers events, beginning with the launch of Wests Tigers Women next month.

Kathryn Carmody, Director of Sales and Marketing at WatervieW in Bicentennial Park, said that the venue was looking forward to working closely with Wests Tigers.

“Here at WatervieW in Bicentennial Park we’re excited about the prospect of working with Wests Tigers on both the Club’s Women’s Strategy and a number of upcoming events,” said Carmody. “We’re a family owned venue that is celebrating its 10th anniversary this September. Holding events is our core business, and we’ve already worked with Wests Tigers this year, holding the Club’s 2015 Season Launch in February.

“Wests Tigers are a great fit for us, although our roots are firmly in the west, as the years have gone on we’ve really grown and developed and expanded outside of that area and believe that the demographic that we’re working with now is very similar to those affiliated to Wests Tigers.

“We’ve worked hard to develop a family feel here at WatervieW and see the same thing with Wests Tigers,” she said.

Michelle Baillie, Wests Tigers Corporate Sales and Partnerships Manager, welcomed WatervieW in Bicentennial Park to the Club.

“We’re looking forward to working with WatervieW in Bicentennial Park on a range of projects, from our upcoming Women’s Strategy to a number of events,” said Baillie. “Kathryn and her team have a great vision for where they want to take WatervieW at Bicentennial Park and it’s great that they have chosen to partner with Wests Tigers.”

Wests Tigers will be working with WatervieW in Bicentennial Park on offers for Club Members throughout the year, stay tuned for more details.
