Speedster David Nofoaluma has said the words every Wests Tigers fan wants to hear — he's "100 percent" ready to go this Friday against the South Sydney Rabbitohs.

Having played just one game this season after returning from extensive off-season knee surgery, Nofoaluma has been named for his first appearance since taking on the Newcastle Knights in Round 10, and is confident he's right to go against the premiers this week.

"I'm actually feeling a lot better [now] than when I first came back," Nofoaluma said.

"I had a couple of games before, but to come back this week, I'm feeling a lot stronger.

"I've been working really hard and I'm feeling 100 percent to come into this game.

"To be back this week is going to be a good game for me," he said.

"I want to have a run of consistent footy and you've got to start somewhere for that."
