Mitchell Moses and Nathan Milone spent time at the Sydney Children's Hospital on Saturday as a part of Operation Christmas.

Moses and Milone joined actors, sporting personalities and the NSW Governor at the Hospital, helping to spread some Christmas cheer to the children and their families.

The pair also handed out presents to patients in the Starlight Room, spending time with some young fans.

Moses said that it meant a lot to him to be able to spend time with the children.

"It's really great to come out and spreat some joy to those children who are doing it tough, especially in the lead up to Christmas," said Moses. "It really puts things into perspective for us and how lucky we are."
