James Tedesco and Jordan Rankin visited St Paul's Catholic Primary School in Camden last week to spread the health and well-being message.

The entire NRL squad visited more than 6000 children in the Campbelltown region, with Tedesco returning to his former Primary School - St Paul's Camden.

Key messages on the day included proper hydration, getting enough sleep and also creating a sense of belonging.
