Wests Tigers captain Aaron Woods said his team must improve their discipline and mental strength for their blockbuster Easter Monday clash against the Parramatta Eels.

After a disappointing defeat to the Titans, Woods said that Monday's match would be a good test in regards to their mental attitude and ability to close out a tight game — something Wests Tigers have done well in their two Easter Monday meetings against the Eels so far.

"We don't want to use any questions from the weekend," Woods emphasised

"We just turned over too much ball and gave the Titans too many chances.

"Our completiton finished the game at 62 percent and you can't do that in the NRL.

"Our discipline has to be a lot better this week — we've got to be mentally tougher."
