Wests Tigers have confirmed captain Aaron Woods has suffered a left ankle injury in the Club’s Round 6 game against the Newcastle Knights at Hunter Stadium.
Woods sustained the injury twisting in a tackle during the second half, and will undergo scans tomorrow. The Club is unsure of the full extent of the injury, but hopeful it is not serious, with a further update to come tomorrow afternoon after the scans.
