Wests Tigers forward Elijah Taylor says the team are feeling fresh and ready to deliver a good performance come Sunday afternoon when they take on the Storm.

Taylor, who scored his first try for the Club in a stunning 17-16 win over Brisbane at Suncorp Stadium last month, said that while the recent performances from the side have been pleasing, Sunday's match against Melbourne would be a true test of their ability.

"It will be a big test for us," Taylor said. "The biggest of the year so far."

"When we beat Brisbane up there, they had six Origin players out, but Melbourne will have their full strength team, so this will be a good test to see where we are at as a team.

"The boys are really excited. The boys are really fresh and looking forward to this one.

"Everyone knows they've got got a job to do for their teammates and for the Club.

"We're really excited to play in this one, but we know we've got a job to do, and if we don't do that job, it's going to be a long day against Melbourne."
