Wests Tigers five-eighth Mitchell Moses says he's looking forward to learning from some of the best players in the game as part of the upcoming Prime Minister's XIII tour of Papua New Guinea next week in the lead up to Saturday's one-off game.

After a dominant season that saw him named as the Club's NRL Player of the Year, Moses was rewarded with selection in selection in his first senior representative side by Coach Mal Meninga, and said he was excited to soak up the tour and atmosphere of the game.

"To see the team that's been picked, it's pretty exciting," Moses said.

"It's exciting to play with some of the players that have been picked in this side.

"From 1-17, the team is full of class players. To play with guys like Greg Inglis and Mitchell Pearce is exciting and I'm really looking forward to the opportunity.

"I'm looking forward to learning off them and how they go about themselves on the field and in the camp — that's the biggest thing I'm looking to take out of this."
