Wests Tigers duo David Nofoaluma and Sauaso Sue have both been named in the Samoa squad for their upcoming Test match against Fiji on October 8 in Apia.

The match will mark the first official Test match in history on home soil for Samoa.

Nofoaluma's inclusion will mark the winger's international debut, having already featured for the Prime Minister's XIII last year and the NSW City Origin team in 2016.

The 22-year-old ended season 2016 as one of the most in-form players in the competition, scoring a career-high 14 tries to finish the year as the Club's equal top try-scorer.

Since his debut in 2013, Nofoaluma has an excellent strike rate of 35 tries in 62 games.

He is joined in the squad by Sauaso Sue, who is fast becoming a regular for Samoa.

The bullocking forward has featured for the Pacific nation eight times already, including the 2013 World Cup, 2014 Four Nations as well as the Pacific Test against Tonga in 2016.

Wests Tigers would like to congratulate David and Sauaso on their international selection!
