Cleary has confirmed a few changes to the team originally named with both second rowers ruled out — Chris Lawrence with a pectoral injury and Joel Edwards to concussion.
That sees Kyle Lovett move in to the starting side for his 50th NRL game, while Matt Eisenhuth also makes the first start of his career in the back row, replacing Josh Aloiai in the team.
Jack Littlejohn joins the bench, while Tim Grant starts for Ava Seumanufagai.
