Wests Tigers winger David Nofoaluma has been charged by the Match Review Committee from his side's Round 24 defeat against the Sydney Roosters on Saturday.

Nofoaluma was charged with a Grade 1 Dangerous Contact - Other offence following his low tackle on Roosters utility Ryan Matterson in the 23rd minute of Saturday's game.

The offence attracted an 100-point charge, which can be downgraded to 75 points with an early guilty plea — meaning Nofoaluma will not miss a week and will be free to play in Friday's Round 25 game against the North Queensland Cowboys at Campbelltown Sports Stadium.

Surprisingly, Roosters forward Jared Waerea-Hargreaves will also not spend any time on the sideline despite his elbow making contact with the head of Tuimoala Lolohea.

Waerea-Hargreaves has been hit with a Grade 1 Dangerous Contact - Head/Neck charge, attracting an 100-point charge, but can also play in Round 25 with an early guilty plea.

Be there for our final Campbelltown game of season 2017 as we take on the North Queensland Cowboys on August 25!
