Wests Tigers Chair Marina Go recently assisted the club with the delivery of a special women's leadership program in the South-West of Sydney.
Go spoke at the Wests Tigers Zephyr Young Women's Leadership Program which aims to develop confidence, empowerment and goal setting.
The program was piloted last year in conjunction with MWLP and is now being delivered to Year 10 students at Picton High School.
The Wests Tigers Zephyr Young Women's Leadership Program includes a combination of workshops and guest speakers to identify and educate about leadership and goal setting with Go talking to the students about her journey and experiences.
This new program runs for a school term, with Wests Tigers supporters able to assist with expanding it to additional schools by donating to the Wests Tigers Foundation.
