Late Changes: ISP Round 24

Western Suburbs Magpies Intrust Super Premiership Coach Brett Hodgson has finalised his side to take on the Newtown Jets for their Round 24 clash today.

Kickoff for the match is at 1:00pm AEST from Henson Park with live coverage via Channel 9.

Needing to win their final game of the regular season to finish in the top four, Western Suburbs will field a strong forward pack for today's captain with captain Luke Garner returning to the side for the first time since making his NRL debut against the St. George-Illawarra Dragons in Round 19.

He starts in the back row in place of Chris McQueen, who shifts to the centres with Braden Robson injured.

Jersey Flegg-eligible players Connelly Lemuelu and Alex Seyfarth both join the starting side, while Tim Grant makes a timely return from a knee injury off the interchange bench in jersey 17.

Newtown will lineup without regular halfback Kyle Flanagan, with the youngster expected to make his first-grade debut tomorrow for Cronulla. He is replaced by Jesse Marschke, while former Wests Tigers forward Ava Seumanufagai drops back to give the Jets some extra firepower up front.

A free live stream of the match is also available via 9now.com.au from 1:00pm AEST.
