Wests Tigers are set to return to Tamworth next season following the confirmation of the 2019 NRL Telstra Premiership draw.
Following a successful weekend in the region in 2018 the team will head back to Scully Park next season.
Wests Tigers are set to take on the Gold Coast Titans in Tamworth in round seven, with the game scheduled for a 5.30pm kick off on Saturday 27 April.
Wests Tigers CEO Justin Pascoe said the club was looking forward to returning to Tamworth in 2019.
"With the release of the 2019 NRL draw today it's great to be able to publicly announce that Wests Tigers will be returning to Tamworth next season," said Pascoe. "We had a great weekend in and around Tamworth last season and look forward to being welcomed back to the region again in 2019.
"It was great to see a full house at Scully Park last year and we look forward to more strong support when we bring the Gold Coast Titans to town," he said. "The 2018 event was more than just the game on Saturday evening and we're keen to increase our involvement in the local community.
"The 2019 game will be a part of the NRL's ANZAC Round commemorations which will provide a great opportunity to pay tribute to those who have given so much for our country, with a focus on the New England region.
"I'd like to thank Rod Laing and his team at Wests Entertainment Group for allowing us in conjunction with them to bring elite level Rugby League to the region," said Pascoe.
