Wests Tigers Head Coach Michael Maguire has confirmed a new-look backline for his side as they prepare to face the Canberra Raiders tomorrow night at Bankwest Stadium.

Originally named in the reserves, David Nofoaluma and Mahe Fonua will both return to the starting side in place of Robert Jennings and Paul Momirovski.

Jennings was one of the two players omitted 24 hours before kickoff, while Momirovski will join Chris Lawrence on the reserves list for the game.

Maguire had confirmed earlier in the week that Lawrence will make his return from injury, with a final assessment to be made on his playing position tomorrow night.

After pulling through their respective State of Origin commitments on Wednesday night, captain Moses Mbye and Ryan Matterson have both been named to play for Wests Tigers and are expected to take their places in the run-on side.

For the Raiders, winger Nick Cotric has been retained in the squad despite picking up a knee injury in State of Origin. Cotric is expected to play but a final decision will be made closer to kickoff, with Michael Oldfield retained in the squad as cover.

Jack Wighton and Josh Papalii have both been passed fit to play following their Origin commitments, with Aidan Sezer the other reserve listed in the squad.

Final team lists for both sides will be confirmed at 6:55pm AEST on Friday.
