Wests Tigers are proud to announce three voting initiatives that will be introduced exclusively to Members in the year ahead.
In 2021, Wests Tigers will introduce three awards based solely on voting done by the club's Members. These awards include:
- Members' Player of the Year
- Members' Moment of the Year
- Member of the Month
The Members' Player of the Year Award returns for the first time since 2017, with a new and improved voting style. After each round, Members will vote for their player of the game, with Members who have placed a vote then included in the draw to present the award at the end of the season.
The Members' Moment of the Year Award will also follow a similar pattern, with Members asked to cast their vote for their favourite moment of the season.
The award will then be presented at the club's annual Kelly-Barnes Awards night.
Member of the Month is a new inclusion for 2021 with Members asked to vote for fellow Members who they deem worthy of the award. Each winner will receive a prize as well as public recognition for their dedication and commitment to the club.
