Judiciary Report: Round 5

Parramatta Eels five-eighth Dylan Brown is facing a two-week ban after being charged with a crusher tackle offence in his team's loss to the St George Illawarra Dragons on Sunday.

The match review committee issued a grade charge over the 17th-minute tackle on Dragons forward Tyrell Fuimaono. An early guilty plea would reduce the suspension to one match.

Eels fullback Clint Gutherson has been handed a $1150 fine for a grade one careless high tackle charge during the Round 5 clash.

The Roosters could be without another dummy-half after rookie Ben Marschke copped a possible two-game ban for a crusher tackle on Cronulla Sharks winger Mawene Hiroti in Saturday night's clash at the SCG.

Marschke has been hit with a grade-one offence and has elected to contest the charge at Tuesday night's judiciary hearing.

It was good news for Wests Tigers with no played being cited during their match against the North Queensland Cowboys.

South Sydney star five-eighth Cody Walker will return from suspension for the Round 6 match against Wests Tigers at Stadium Australia, while Rabbitohs forward Keaon Koloamatangi will sit out with one more match to serve on his two-week suspension.
