Big win for Harvey Norman Women over the Roosters

Wests Tigers Harvey Norman Women's side has started the season with back to back wins, defeating the Roosters 16-4 in Wyong.

It's the first time the club has beaten the Tri-colours, and comes on the back of an opening round win over South Sydney.

It was a hard-fought contest in heavy conditions underfoot.

Key performers for the Wests Tigers were Emily Curtain who had a strong kicking game. Tayla Preston was also solid, organising the girls well on the edge.

Tess Staines and Keele Browne were also in the thick of the action creating space on both sides of the field.

And another 'first' for Sarah Boyle who came off the bench and crashed over for her first ever try.
