Team Announcement: Round 11

Both Wests Tigers teams have been named ahead of Friday's double-header at Leichhardt Oval.

Michael Maguire has named his 24-man squad which will take on Canterbury Bulldogs for the Beyond Blue Cup.

Alex Twal will play his 100th NRL game, once again being named to play off the interchange bench.

Brent Naden has been included in the squad after joining the club from Canterbury and he could line up against his former club on Friday night.

Fa’amanu Brown will become Wests Tigers Player #255 after being named to make his debut off the interchange bench.

The 27-year-old has played 36 NRL games with Cronulla and Canterbury-Bankstown and recently returned to Australia after a stint in the UK Championship with Featherstone

Jake Simpkin’s first-half concussion against North Queensland has forced him out, with Jacob Liddle taking his place in the side.

Luke Brooks has a hamstring complaint and has been ruled out, with Jock Madden starting at five-eighth in his place.

AJ Kepaoa returns from his COVID-enforced break to play centre, meaning Luke Garner shifts to the second row and Kelma Tuilagi moves to the interchange bench.

Alex Seyfarth and Junior Pauga drop off the interchange bench to the reserves list.
