Captains selected for representative teams

Wests Tigers representative teams have announced their captains ahead of the upcoming season, which kicks off next weekend.

Wests Tigers Head Coach, Tim Sheens and CEO, Justin Pascoe were both on hand to present the players from all pathways teams with their jerseys, at a special orientation day at St Gregory’s College, Campbelltown.

Also in attendance to help launch Wests Tigers new pathways' season were NRL players Justin Matamua, Lomi Saukuru and Rua Ngitikaura.

Head of Pathways, Matthew Betsey, says he's delighted with how well each team has been prepared in pre-season.

“Every team in our system is very well managed, and I want to congratulate our coaching staff on how well they have pulled things together,” said Betsey.

We are very fortunate to have some very good people leading our elite younger players.
