Wests Tigers are thrilled to announce that powerhouse forward Sarah Togatuki has re-signed with the club on a new three-year deal, reinforcing her commitment ahead of a huge 2025 NRLW season.

A foundation player for the club and proudly holding NRLW Player Number #8, 'Sala' has been a standout since day one—earning Wests Tigers NRLW Player of the Year in both 2023 and 2024. Her leadership, consistency, and ferocity in the middle have made her a cornerstone of the team.
Now heading into her third pre-season with the club, the 27-year-old is excited to continue her journey in the orange, black, and white.
“I’m grateful to re-sign with a club that’s backed me through it all,” said Togatuki.
“Thank you to Wests Tigers for believing in what I bring and for giving me the chance to keep building here.

I’ll keep showing up, growing, and giving my best.
Sarah Togatuki
A seasoned representative for NSW, the Jillaroos, and Fetu Samoa, Togatuki is widely regarded as one of the elite middle forwards in the women's game. She’s been part of every NRLW season since its inception, earning the Karyn Murphy Medal in 2021 for her match-winning performance in the Grand Final with the Tricolours.
After a wonderful debut season with Wests Tigers in 2023, Togatuki was named NRLW Dally M Prop of the Year, cementing her place among the women’s game's elite.

More impressive though is her impact off the field. Sala has also made a sincere mark in the community in working with the club’s Community team through Wests Tigers Empower. Her passion for giving back saw her nominated for the Veronica White Medal in 2024—recognising her incredible contribution to the community.

Wests Tigers NRLW Head Coach Brett Kimmorley couldn’t be prouder to see Togatuki stay on.
Sala is a true leader in our squad, both on and off the field.
Brett Kimmorley
“She’s one of the best in the business, and her experience is vital for the development of our young forwards."

“Having her re-commit to the club is a massive win for all of us.”
With the NRLW season set to kick off in July with an exciting Round 1 clash against the Broncos, fans can look forward to another huge year from one of the game’s toughest and most inspiring forwards.
