Wests Tigers are pleased to announce that forward Tony Sukkar has extended his stay with the club until the end of the 2026 season.

The 21-year-old local junior has made four NRL appearances since debuting in the last match of the club’s 2024 campaign, impressing with his strong running and high work rate.
A product of the club’s Pathways system, Sukkar played his junior football with Strathfield Raiders, Concord-Burwood Wolves and Enfield Federals.
The powerful second-rower progressed through the Balmain Tigers junior representative system, captaining their Harold Matthews Cup team in 2021 and their SG Ball Cup side in 2023.
An NRL Development player in 2024, Sukkar joined the Wests Tigers top 30 squad this season and has proven a handful in his three top grade appearances to date in 2025.

“I have loved coming through the pathways system here at the Wests Tigers,” said Sukkar.
I'm stoked to be here for another season and cannot wait to rip in and continue developing as a player.
