Match Preview: NRL Round 22 vs Bulldogs

A blockbuster Round 22 CommBank Stadium clash against the Bulldogs is next on the agenda for Wests Tigers.

Wests Tigers have made a number of changes for the Sunday afternoon match, with the squad being boosted by the returns of two key stars.

Jahream Bula (hamstring) and Samuela Fainu (knee) both rejoin the squad after recent injury-enforced absences, with Royce Hunt also returning to the side after featuring for Wests Magpies in the NSW Cup more recently.

For the Bulldogs, they’ve made one major change to the side that defeated Manly at Allianz in Round 20.

Connor Tracey’s abdominal strain pushes Jacob Kiraz to fullback and Jethro Rinakama into the side on the wing.

Wests Tigers’ last win over the Dogs, came in Round 11 of the 2022 season, with 2026 recruit Jock Madden scoring for Wests Tigers in the match.
