Report: NRLW Round 11 vs Warriors

Wests Tigers have fallen to a 44-6 defeat to the Warriors in their final match of the 2025 NRLW season.

The visitors were dominant throughout, taking a 24-6 lead into half-time and not letting up on their ascendancy in the second half.

The visitors were the first to post points when lock Laishon Albert-Jones crashed over from close range after five minutes.

The New Zealand international grabbed her second just minutes later too off the back of some quality second-phase play.

Teenage winger Tyra Wetere crossed in the corner to extend the Warriors lead out to 16-0, before Shakira Baker’s four-pointer down the other end made it 22 unanswered points for the away side.

A penalty goal pushed the Warriors out to a four-converted try lead before Wests Tigers managed to score right on the stroke of half-time.

Faythe Manera dummied and sliced her way through to score a quality solo try and get the home side on the board.

That try meant the Warriors led 24-6 and they scored first in the second period when Apii Nicholls grubbered for herself and chased through to plant the ball down.

Try-scoring sensation Payton Takimoana brought the scoreline out to 34-6 with a 52nd minute try and the centre managed to grab a second shortly after.

Kaiyah Atai's try was the last four-pointer of the afternoon, as the Warriors emerged dominant 44-6 winners at Campbelltown.

Warriors 44 (Albert-Jones 2, Takimoana 2, Wetere, Baker, Nicholls, Atai tries; Nicholls 6/9 goals) defeated Wests Tigers 6 (Manera try; Bass goal) at Campbelltown Sports Stadium
