With the 2025 NRL and NRLW Premiership seasons coming to an end, it gives us pause to reflect on the year that was right across the Wests Tigers.
We look back at the work that was done throughout our Club – on and off the field – that has laid the platform for our shared vision.
Together, we took the Club in a new direction.
Like any season, there were moments that got us off our seats and times our resolve was tested.
That’s footy. It’s why we love this great game and why we’ll be back each and every season.
When this journey began, there was a lot of work to do. As a Club we’ve set the course and have remained true to the people who make the Wests Tigers what it is – our Members and fans.
We were bold in our vision right across the Club. You listened, watched and spoke with your feet. Our crowds grew by almost 50%.
You didn’t just turn up on the weekends, you became part of our Club. Our Membership increased to more than 11,000 strong who bleed orange, white and black.
The story of that support reached the halls of Macquarie Street and went as far as Parliament House – with $110 million now set aside to bring our beloved home grounds into the 21st century.
Sponsors felt the ground swell and got on board as well. Increased support drove our revenue to new heights and places our Club in the strongest financial position in its history.
A sustainable and strong front office is the bedrock of any successful sporting organisation. It ensures we can continue to provide you with the best experience possible when it comes to your Club.
While it’s important to take stock and be proud of our progress, we’re by no means finished.
Now, we go again. Building brick-by-brick towards another season.
While we can be happy, we're by no means satisfied. We know this job is only just beginning and there’s no one else we’d rather be on this journey with.
