The Wests Tigers are pleased to announce the extension of its partnership with McDonald’s Australia, with the two brands further strengthening their ties with a three-year agreement.
Originally joining the Club in 2024, Macca’s will continue to support the Wests Tigers NRL side until at least the end of 2028 season.
With more than 1,025 restaurants Australia-wide, Macca’s has not only been a strong supporter of the Wests Tigers but the game of rugby league more broadly.
Aside from the iconic role Macca’s plays in bringing people together during mealtimes, it also gives back to those in need through Ronald McDonald House – providing vital care for the families of sick children across Australia and around the world.
The upgraded partnership will now see the famous golden arches on the back of the Wests Tigers NRL playing shorts for at least the next three seasons.
Eagle-eyed fans may have already spotted the big ‘M’ making its debut in the Club’s recent Witzer Pre-season Challenge fixtures.
Wests Tigers Interim CEO, Shaun Mielekamp is delighted to see the Club continue to work alongside Macca’s.
“We’re really pleased to continue our relationship with Macca’s, they’ve been an important supporter of ours over the last two seasons,” Mielekamp said.
Macca’s plays an important role in our community and provide support to various initiatives, from local events to junior sports, alongside the incredible work they do through Ronald McDonald House.

Mary Vrancic, Senior Marketing Director at McDonald’s said, “We’re proud to be extending and upgrading our partnership with the Wests Tigers and strengthening our long standing connection with the NRL.
“At Macca’s, community is at the heart of everything we do, and that’s why partnerships like this are so important, as they allow us to back the teams, traditions and moments that bring people together.
“We’re excited to cheer on the Tigers for the next three seasons, and look forward to continuing to support the Club, its supporters and the wider NRL community.”
