The Balmain Tigers will be heading to Victoria this weekend to face the Melbourne Storm in Round 5 of the UNE SG Ball Cup at Gosch’s Paddock.
Roy Asotasi’s squad will be aiming to convert their strong first half in last week’s loss to the Western Suburbs Magpies into a complete performance against the Storm.
Despite a solid start, the Tigers couldn’t hold onto their early 8-point lead, going into the sheds behind 10-8, before the Magpies ran away with the game late in the second half.
Filipe Huahulu joins the starting side at fullback, Clayton McGoon will pair up with Jahzia Palmer-Vaivao in the centres, while Zane Farr-Mckay and Jerry Leau join a re-shuffled forward pack.
