Balmain Tigers – SG Ball Cup: Round 7

After a close-fought loss on the weekend, Roy Asotasi’s SG Ball Cup side will be looking to respond as they take on the Manly-Warringah Sea Eagles at 4 Pines Park.

The Tigers clawed back from an early eight-point deficit to take a 16-8 lead early in the second half last week against the Warriors, courtesy of tries from Braidyn Wood, Ben Lawrence and Ali Karnib.

A shift in momentum late in the match saw New Zealand take the win, 24-16.
The side will face an impressive Sea Eagles outfit at 4 Pines Park and will be looking to build on promising moments from last week to get the job done.

There are a few changes to the starting 13 this weekend, Filipe Huahulu comes into the fullback position and Harlem Peters has been selected at centre, while Blake Van Drie steps back into the starting line up at lock.
