Flexi Memberships are perfect for those who want the flexibility to choose which home games they wish to attend across the 2026 NRL season.
The Wests Tigers 5-game Flexi package allows Members to redeem tickets to any five home games throughout the 2026 season.
These Membership packages also provide early access to match tickets, as well as access to seats that are not available to the general public.
How to redeem Flexi Membership tickets
Before you get started:
Make sure you have your barcode number handy, this can be found on your Membership Card.
If you are redeeming tickets for more than one Member, ensure you have these barcode numbers on you when you choose to redeem. This includes families and groups of Members.
Ticketmaster
1. Head to Wests Tigers Tickets | Rugby League Tickets | Ticketmaster AU
Redeem your Flexi Tickets for the 2026 NRL Telstra Premiership season on the Ticketmaster website using the above link.
2. Access the redemption page
Once you’ve selected the game you wish to redeem tickets for, hit ‘Are you a Member’ and click through the link to access the redemption page.
3. Enter your barcode number and unlock tickets
Select the ‘Unlock Member Tickets’ next to the padlock icon and enter your barcode number to validate. Your barcode number is displayed on your Membership card.
If you’re redeeming tickets for multiple Members, you can also add their barcodes to redeem their tickets as well.
4. Select Member Redemption and Find Tickets
Hit the plus icon to add your ticket.
5. Log in to Ticketmaster and finalise your tickets
You will be redirected to log in to your Ticketmaster account. If you have yet to create an account, you can do this here.
After confirming your details, you can then finalise and process your ticket. A confirmation email will be sent, and you can access the ticket via your Ticketmaster account.
Ticketek
1. Head to the Wests Tigers Ticketek page via the attached link.

2. Enter your barcode number and unlock tickets
Once you’ve selected the game you wish to redeem tickets for, enter your Membership barcode (found on your Membership card) as your ‘password’ to unlock tickets.
To redeem tickets from multiple Memberships, enter the first barcode, press enter, then repeat for additional codes. Each barcode should sit on a different line as per the below.
3. Choose your tickets
Select the ‘Flexi Member’ option to redeem your Member Tickets. These should be listed as $0.00.
4. Get your tickets
Choose how you would like to receive your tickets. You’ll receive a confirmation email immediately and your tickets will be sent to you at a later date.
5. Sign in to your Ticketek account
Using your Ticketek login details (this is separate from your Membership account), log into your Ticketek account.
Confirm your details and ensure the email address and/or mobile phone number is up to date and valid.
You may also log in to your Ticketek account before beginning the ticket redemption process.
Note: Members can redeem one ticket per Membership card for each respective game. Members with reserved seats at a respective ground do not need to redeem tickets for that ground.
