The Wests Tigers are back on the road this week, visiting the Melbourne Storm at Gosch’s Park, Victoria on Saturday afternoon for Round 10 of the Jersey Flegg Cup.
Coming off a comeback win against the Sharks and in search of their fourth-straight victory, the Tigers are building momentum on their climb up the Jersey Flegg ladder, currently poised at third.
Last week’s clash saw the orange, black, and white fall 14-6 behind after half an hour of play, before a debut double from Glassie Glassie brought them back on equal terms at 14 apiece. The Tigers put their resilience on show with a strong finish, claiming a 26-18 road victory.
Head Coach, Shane Sultana has made some switches to his starting lineup, which took the field on Sunday. Xavier Tauaifaiga will be starting in centre with Jack Biles moving into the second row.
