Scott Prince has been named at halfback in Wests Tigers’ Team of 15 Years.

Having had previous stints with the North Queensland Cowboys (1998-00) and the Brisbane Broncos (2001-03), Prince joined Wests Tigers for the start of the 2004 season — making his debut in Round 1, 2004 against the Cronulla Sharks.

He would go on to play 21 games that season before helping lead the Club to the 2005 NRL Grand Final, where he would captain the side to victory.

He was also awarded the Clive Churchill Medal for Man of the Match in the Grand Final — becoming the first Wests Tigers player to win the award.

The halfback was also named Dally M Captain of the Year for 2005.

Later that year, Prince became the first Wests Tigers player to earn an Australian representative debut, and played for the Club throughout the 2006 season before moving back to Queensland to play with the Gold Coast Titans.

In total, Prince played 73 games for Wests Tigers, scoring 18 tries.
