Wests Tigers players Bodene Thompson and Sitaleki Akauola have entered their respective pleas to the NRL Match Review committee charges from Round 21.

Thompson will miss two games after taking the early guilty plea for dangerous contact on Jesse Bromwich in the 11th minute of Monday night’s match.

Akauola has also taken the early guilty plea and will miss one week for a shoulder charge on Billy Slater in the 71st minute.

Both will be unavailable for this weekend’s match, with Head Coach Mick Potter yet to name a replacement for Thompson in the side named yesterday to face the Cowboys.
