ROUND 14 — James Tedesco celebrates his second try of the night against the Rabbitohs.

Two Wests Tigers players are in the running to receive individual awards at tonight's prestigious Dally M Awards night, which will be held at The Star, Sydney.

James Tedesco (Fullback of the Year) and Aaron Woods (Prop of the Year) have both been nominated for their respective positional awards following oustanding seasons.

Playing every game of season 2015, Tedesco finished as the Club's equal top try-scorer with 17 tries, and also chalked up 14 try-assists from his 24 games. His 31 try contributions (tries and assists combined) was the most by any fullback in the competition.

Tedesco has been nominated alongside Lachlan Coote (Cowboys), Roger Tuivasa-Sheck (Roosters) and Greg Inglis (Rabbitohs) for the Dally M Fullback of the Year Award.

In a season that saw him chalk up his 100th appearance in first-grade, Aaron Woods led all Wests Tigers forwards with 3,268 metres in season 2015 — an average of 163.4 per game.

In addition to that, the powerful forward also averaged 29.95 tackles and 14.5 hit-ups per game, while scoring his lone try of the year in the Club's final game against the Dragons.

On a representative level, Woods was one of New South Wales' best players as they went down 2-1 in the State of Origin series to Queensland — taking out The Daily Telegraph People's Choice Award at the recent Brad Fittler NSWRL Awards night.

Woods has been nominated alongside Jared Waerea-Hargreaves (Roosters), David Klemmer (Bulldogs) and Jesse Bromwich (Storm) for the Dally M Prop of the Year Award.

The Dally M Awards night will be broadcast live via Fox Sports 1 from 8:30pm AEST.
