Wests Tigers winger David Nofoaluma says the team are confident in finishing the year off well after an impressive last start win over the Gold Coast Titans.
One of his side’s strongest throughout season 2017, Nofoaluma said he was determined end the year on a positive note and carry out on competing against the top teams.
“We just want to compete and do the best as we can against those teams,” he said.
“It’s the back end of the year and we’re just playing to work our way up the ladder the best we can, and try and stop the teams that are on the cusp of the top eight.
“We’re training really well and are really positive, so we just need to put that in to the game.
After re-signing with Wests Tigers earlier this season, Nofoaluma said he was looking forward to continuing to grow his game further over the coming few years.
“I just want to keep consistent in my stats and finish off the year on a good note and then focus on having an even better year next year,” he said.
“It’s really exciting to work with Ivan and I think everyone is adjusting to his coaching.
“The future of the Club is looking great under his hands.”
