Camden Rams join Wests Tigers at training

Wests Tigers were joined by some special guests at training this week with the Camden Rams U/14's side shadowing the team for the day with a special experienced provided by The Meat Man.

Ahead of their semi-finals this weekend, the minor premiers U/14's Rams had a day-long team building exercise in conjunction the NRL squad with a number of special presentations and experiences creating a memorable day out for the team.

Beginning with a tour of the facilities by Premiership Winner and Life Member John Skandalis, the team sat through presentations by members of the club's recruitment department before going through a video session with NRL Assistant Coach Brett Hodgson and on-field team building exercise with Head Coach Michael Maguire.

The team got to observe the NRL side in action with a tough field session at Lidcombe Oval followed by a full NRL wrestling and weights session — giving an incredible insight in to a regular day for the players at Wests Tigers.

Capped off by a full lunch and meet-and-greet with the entire NRL squad, it was a great day out for the Camden Rams and an experience they'll never forget!

Wests Tigers would like to extend a special thanks to our Corporate Partner The Meat Man for providing this experience and to the Camden Rams for coming along!
