Wests Tigers winger Reece Hoffman will become Wests Tigers Player #234 tomorrow night after he was confirmed to make his first-grade debut against the South Sydney Rabbitohs.

The 19-year-old Hoffman will come on to the wing in place of Tommy Talau, who was ruled out of the match after picking up a minor hamstring injury at training.

Hoffman's inclusion followed news today that co-captain Benji Marshall would also return to the squad on the bench — replacing Sam McIntyre after he was ruled out following concussion protocols from last week's head clash.

Marshall joins the bench in jersey 18 alongside Elijah Taylor, Thomas Mikaele and Chris Lawrence, who also returns to the squad for the first time since Round 6.

Maguire speaks about decision to bring back Marshall

With Talau and McIntyre both ruled out during the week, Wests Tigers have received clearance from the NRL to add Chris McQueen to the squad — the veteran forward will warm up with the side on Friday night as 19th man.

For the Rabbitohs, Coach Wayne Bennett has confirmed an otherwise unchanged lineup with Bayley Sironen to return from a back complaint last week. Corey Allan and Mark Nicholls have been retained in the South Sydney squad as reserves, with  final team lists for both sides to be confirmed at 6:50pm, Friday.
