Wests Tigers Coach Michael Maguire has named his 21-man squad to take on the Gold Coast Titans for their Round 9 clash this Saturday at Campbelltown Sports Stadium.

The match will feature as a tribute to the late Tommy Raudonikis OAM, with Saturday marking the first time that Wests Tigers will play at Campbelltown since his passing.

After an important win over St. George-Illawarra in Round 8, Maguire has made one change for this week’s game with Moses Mbye shifting to centre in place of Tommy Talau, who is ruled out with a one-game suspension.

A Noosa Pirates junior, Mbye will play his 50th game for Wests Tigers this week having joined the club midway through the 2018 season.

With Mbye moving into the run-on side, hooker Jacob Liddle returns to the interchange list after a string of impressive performances in the Knock-On Effect NSW Cup competition — joining forwards Stefano Utoikamanu, Alex Seyfarth and Thomas Mikaele on the bench — while Shawn Blore joins Michael Chee Kam, Zane Musgrove and Tom Amone among the reserves to round out the 21-man squad.

Maguire full of praise for dream debutant Cini

Wests Tigers Player #243 Zac Cini retains his place on the wing after a scoring a try on debut last week while James Roberts remains sidelined with a chest injury.

For the Titans, Tino Fa'asuamaleaui starts in place of Moeaki Fotuaika, who drops back to the bench, while Phillip Sami moves to the wing in place of Corey Thompson, who is out for at least six weeks with an ankle injury.

Beau Fermor comes into the centres with Thompson sidelined while former Wests Tigers' Esan Marsters and Sam McIntyre have been named in the reserves.

Both teams will provide updated 19-man team lists at 5:30pm on Friday.
