Wests Tigers enforcer Martin Taupau admits that while he's still "filthy" about Sunday's loss to the Canberra Raiders, he's moved on and is ready to deliver another powerhouse performance this Friday night against his old side, the Canterbury Bulldogs.

Taupau, who is yet to miss a game for the Club since joining Wests Tigers in 2014 from Belmore, said that there simply wasn't enough time in the week to dwell on Sunday's loss too much, and that the best way to move on was with a big game this Friday at ANZ.

"It's disappointing with the efforts [that we put in during that second half]," admitted Taupau, "but we know what we have to do to overcome that this week."

"We can't sort of dwell on the defeat too much.

"It's a five day turnaround for us so we've got to look forward to the Bulldogs.

"For me, it's exciting to play the Bulldogs. Their fans bring a lot of atmosphere and it's exciting to play against former teammates such as David Klemmer and that.

"It should be good fun, and we'll be keen to get the right result this time around."
