Mitchell Moses and Nathan Milone spent time at the Sydney Children's Hospital on Saturday as a part of Operation Christmas.
Moses and Milone joined other athletes, actors and the NSW Governor at Operation Christmas, spreading some Christmas cheer to the young patients.
The Wests Tigers pair also handed out gifts to children in the Starlight Room.
Moses said it meant a lot to him to be able to spend time with the children.
"It's really great to come out and spread some joy to those children who are doing it tough, especially in the lead up to Christmas," said Moses.
"It really puts things into perspective for us and how lucky we are."
