** UPDATE: Tim Grant Ruled Out — Wednesday, April 27 **

Wests Tigers forward Tim Grant has been ruled out of this week's clash against the South Sydney Rabbitohs after he failed to pass a fitness test on Wednesday morning.

Wests Tigers NRL Head Coach Jason Taylor confirmed the injury news earlier this morning, with no replacement for the former Origin representative confirmed as yet.

"Tim took a knee injury into last week's game," Taylor said.

"By the time he came out of last week's game, it was knee and ankle so he's not going to play. We'll work out after this morning's training session who will replace him."

The Club is hopeful that both Dene Halatau (hand) and Kevin Naiqama (concussion) will be right to go for tomorrow night's game, with final teams confirmed at 6:50pm Thursday.

** ORIGINAL: Chemist Warehouse Injury Report — Tuesday, April 26 **

Wests Tigers can provide the following injury news and updates ahead of the Club's Round 9 clash against the South Sydney Rabbitohs at ANZ Stadium, thanks to Chemist Warehouse.

After picking up various injuries in Saturday's loss to the Canberra Raiders, Tim Grant (ankle), Dene Halatau (thumb) and Kevin Naiqama (concussion) will all look to prove their fitness this week in the hope of lining up against South Sydney this Thursday.

Josh Addo-Carr suffered a groin strain while playing with the Club's Intrust Super Premiership side on the weekend and will be monitored throughout the week by Club medical staff.

Young forward Bayley Sironen suffered an unfortunate ankle injury in the Club’s Holden Cup game on the weekend and looks set to be sidelined for between four to six weeks.

Jack Buchanan has been sidelined recently due to a foot injury, with the prop forward looking at a return to the field in either Round 11 or 12, while Aaron Woods (ankle) and Matt Ballin (knee) continue to progress well from their long-term injuries.

The Club is hopeful of a return for both players after the Representative Round.

In other news, both David Nofoaluma (knee) and Justin Hunt (back) pulled up well from their respective injury returns over the weekend and have again been named this week.
