Penrith Panthers Coach Anthony Griffin has named an unchanged side to take on Wests Tigers this week from the one that defeated the Newcastle Knights last week.

After a sluggish first half, Penrith ran in 36-unanswered second half points last week to emerge with a 42-6 win and consolidate their spot inside the top eight of the competition.

They'll come in to Friday night's clash against the 10th-placed Wests Tigers in seventh position, but just two competition points clear — adding some serious spice to the contest.

Wests Tigers have been boosted by the return of Luke Brooks (knee) from injury this week, but lose fullback James Tedesco (jaw) to injury, forcing a backline reshuffle.

See all the in's and out's for both teams ahead of Friday night's clash at Pepper Stadium!

Don't miss our last home game of the year against the Raiders at Leichhardt Oval!
