Wests Tigers players Aaron Woods and Bayley Sironen have both taken out awards at the NSWRL 2016 Brad Fittler Medal on Monday night at The Star Event Centre.

Woods was awarded with the True Blue Award for displaying qualities upon which the team culture is built, after running for more metres than any forward in the Origin series.

“Aaron is great to have in camp. He shows true leadership qualities and displays a special kind of toughness on the field,” Laurie Daley told NSWRL in the lead-up to the event.

Young gun Bayley Sironen also took out the U/20's NSW State Player of the Year after helping guide the young Blues to a fifth consecutive win over Queensland earlier in 2016.

Bulldogs forward Josh Jackson took out the top prize on the night, the Brad Fittler Medal.

Wests Tigers would like to congratulate Aaron and Bayley on their representative recognition!
